H3i – A new forum for innovation and inspiration
Monday May 6 witnessed the kickoff of the HDU’s H3i, a new series of events revolving around digital innovations and trends in industrial manufacturing and science in general.
The H3i events offer HDU employees and friends an exchange platform to gain insights into the latest digital developments from within and without our industry. Fresh perspectives, lively discussions and an informal get-together with snacks and drinks are the three key ingredients of these inspiring and enjoyable events.
Prof. Dr. Ulrich Hermann, Chief Digital Officer of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, gave a brilliant start to the May 6 event with a presentation on the changing user behavior of consumers in the age of the Internet of Things and the resulting approaches for Heidelberg. In the second part of the evening, Dr. Oliver Nickel, brand expert and owner of the Nuremberg-based agency Swell presented the highlights of this year’s CES, the world’s largest trade show for consumer electronics based in Las Vegas. AI, artificial intelligence, is the driver of innovations in all conceivable areas of life.
Further H3i events are planned.
